In TeamBudget once a budget is final, an individual can then release it to the next level. Budgets are continually approved and released to the next level. If changes need to be made, they are then sent back to the budget owner for analysis.

Questica takes security seriously. TeamBudget only allows the Administrator strict access and the ability to set user roles, create drop down fields as well as reports. Budgets can also be locked down after a budget reaches a certain stage.
As TeamBudget is a web-based application, there is no limit to users other than how many licensees are purchased and the number your hardware or server could service.
The implementation varies but generally takes anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months. Normally we take about 8 full days over the 3 month period. We will require about 20 hours of the client’s time.
In TeamBudget one can develop several “what-if” scenarios with the ability to switch between the proposed versions. Multiple versions can be created, but only one version can be pushed to the next level for approval.
